HOW TO TAKE
DIRECTIONS: Mix 2 levels scoops (included) of powder for every 500ml of water & mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
RECOMMENDED USE: 500ml - 900ml per hour during extended exercise. Up to 3.5 servings per day.

It contains New Zealand whey protein isolate to help replace protein stores in the body, making it ideal to support tissue building and repair during and after extended exercise when taken in conjunction with a healthy & varied diet.
Formulated with a specific blend of sucrose and glucose it is fast absorbing, tummy-friendly and not sickly sweet, making it easy to drink at full strength for fast energy supply.
PURE Endurance Formula provides a source of mineral salts, including sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium, which will help replace those lost from the body during sweating & exercise. Added magnesium helps to support normal muscle function and contributes to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue.
